It’s a fairly large file so we recommend using Wi-Fi to download. It will download faster and your data plan won’t take a big hit. But even with Wi-Fi it could take up to 5 minutes or more to download.

You’ll be downloading a zip file. Some devices will automatically unzip it for you. If not, find the .zip file in your download folder, select it and then click “Extract”. This may take a few minutes, so be patient.

The unzipped file will have an .mp4 extension. The original .zip file will still be in the download folder. We recommend you move the .zip file over to a separate storage device such as a thumb drive in case something happens to your .mp4 file.

There are a couple of ways to play this video on a TV:

1. If your device & TV both have HDMI ports, simply connect them together with an HDMI cable.

2. If you have a smart TV, install a media player app such as the free VLC Player. The VLC player will allow you to play the Mp4 file from an external storage device such as a thumb drive inserted into your TV’s USB jack. The player will also allow you to stream the Mp4 file directly from your computer via WIFI.
